In individual coaching, I use several disciplines, including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), of which I am a certified practitioner.
This coaching aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Strengthen and affirm self-confidence, manage relational tensions and improve communication
- Manage stress and emotions (fear, anxiety, worry...)
- Work on unpleasant behaviors, uncomfortable internal state of mind and/or displeasing thoughts and reasoning
- Develop emotional intelligence
- Relaunch a new professional project and strengthen one’s management and leadership skills
As an LHEP (Licensed Human Element Practitioner), I coach teams in companies, businesses, or in cultural and family communities in complex contexts, in order to help members make the link between self-esteem, individual performance, and collective success to achieve organizational objectives. This link allows them to implement changes that will enable them to realize their potential and maximize the organization’s effectiveness. This discipline consists of developing and strengthening leadership and teams to create, in society or at work, a humanistic, responsible, and open environment.
Furthermore, I accompany, as a mediator, the parties in conflict to find a friendly solution themselves, helping them identify a common ground of communication and agreement, through interventions leading them to consider the needs and interests of each party in their search for a solution to the conflict that opposes them. I also accompany in all types of familial, cultural, religious, and professional conflicts.
