My personal and professional path has always been succulent and generous in experiences that have allowed me to increase my awareness and responsibility. I am a Latin American and I had the grace to travel through this Latin America, recognize and learn from their cultures and make contributions, on how to inspire leadership, build high impact teams, develop and transform organizational cultures in different industries. I coach Presidents, CEOs and Executive Directors for the multidimensional development of skills and to respond productively to a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world. Volunteer to support DE&I projects in third sector organizations.
