Lockdown: Lessons from Remote Teamwork
As businesses begin opening again, it is a perfect time to look at the effects of the lockdown on “teleworkers” and organizational teams. All the more so, as a large number of companies intend to increase teleworking in the coming months, and 62% of teleworkers would prefer to work from home even more.
Christian Le Mellec, an executive coach, a Master Licensed Human Element Practitioner and the director of the publishing house Le bois d’Orion, and his team conducted a qualitative study of teleworking professionals during lockdown using the Human Element® model, which takes into account not only what happens at the team level but also at the individual level.
