AI and Humans at Work: A Utopia or a Dystopia?

Can robots think?

Less than a decade after the Nazi's encryption system "Enigma" was cracked and assisting the Allies in winning World War II, mathematician Alan Turing changed history again with a simple question: "Can machines think?"

AI is, at its most basic level, a discipline of computer science whose goal is to validate Turing's question. It is the goal of artificial intelligence to mimic or recreate human intelligence. Artificial intelligence is rapidly improving many "human" tasks, such as disease diagnosis, language translation, and customer service.

As a result, there are valid concerns that AI will someday substitute human occupations across the board. However, that isn't the only or even the most likely scenario. Never before have we, or our digital tools, been so attentive to them.

Find out in this E-book:

  • How AI can be a helpful hand in the workplace
  • Is AI a replacement or an augmentation?
  • How people and AI can work together
  • How organizations can orchestrate AI and employees
  • ... and more!
