Building Bridges: Connecting and Cultivating Confidence as an LHEP
After a wonderful return to gathering in person this October in New York, we would like to announce our next opportunity to “plug in” and connect to The Human Element community at the upcoming Virtual Update in March!
Why go virtual? The pandemic taught us that while the International Update is incredible for expressing The Human Element, the connection lies in simply seeing the faces and hearing the voices of the community. In our increasingly tech-driven world, the Virtual Update is our answer to staying connected, empowered, and engaged globally.

Why this Virtual Update?
As we revisit The Human Element for a connected, global society, we're embracing technology to overcome the challenges of the 21st Century. The Virtual Update is a powerhouse for global community engagement, bringing LHEPs from all corners of the world together.
Our goal? To support Practitioners in updating their Human Element applications and maintaining a robust network. In a rapidly changing world, self-confidence is key. To support ourselves and those we work with, we need tools and skills to thrive. This year, our focus is on building and supporting confidence as LHEPs in a rapidly evolving market post-pandemic.
